Policies and Rates

BULK RENTAL TIME IS UNAVAILABLE FOR WINTER 25/26. WE MAY HAVE SINGLE RENTALS OPEN EACH SESSION AFTER THE GAME SCHEDULE IS COMPLETE. 

Rental Rates:

• Large Field: $150 per 55 minutes
• Mini Field: $70 per 55 minutes 
• Indoor Deck Area: $50 per hour
• Private Meeting Room: $75 per hour
• Private Meeting Room & Deck: $110 per hour
• Outdoor Field: $125 per hour (for game use - no pre/post game festivities)
• Outside Patio: $25 per hour (for festivities during games)

Deposit due at time of booking rental: 
One time rentals: $25, these rentals will not be held until deposit is paid.
Weekly rentals (1-3 hrs per week): One time deposit of $45
High volume (4+ hours per week): $100

Rental Policies: 

• All rentals (for games or training) start on the hour and run for 55 minutes.
• Rental individuals may not arrive for rental more than 10 minutes before the rental time.
• Full rental payment must be made in full within 5 minutes of the rental ending. A single payment must be made by the renting coordinator (payments from individuals will not be accepted).
• No food or drinks allowed on the fields.
• Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) while they are in the facility. 
• No cleats or turf shoes are allowed on our indoor fields - make sure your group is aware of this - individuals or rental may be cancelled as a result.
