Rentals/Parties

BULK RENTAL TIME IS UNAVAILABLE FOR WINTER 26/27. WE MAY HAVE SINGLE RENTALS OPEN EACH SESSION AFTER THE GAME SCHEDULE IS COMPLETE. 

Rental Rates:

• Large Field: $150 per 55 minutes
• Mini Field: $70 per 55 minutes 
• Indoor Deck Area: $50 per hour
• Private Meeting Room: $75 per hour
• Private Meeting Room & Deck: $110 per hour
• Outdoor Field: $125 per hour (for game use - no pre/post game festivities)
• Outside Patio: $25 per hour (for festivities during games)

Deposit due at time of booking rental: 
One time rentals: $25, these rentals will not be held until deposit is paid.
Weekly rentals (1-3 hrs per week): One time deposit of $45
High volume (4+ hours per week): $100

Rental Policies: 

• All rentals (for games or training) start on the hour and run for 55 minutes.
• Rental individuals may not arrive for rental more than 10 minutes before the rental time.
• Full rental payment must be made in full within 5 minutes of the rental ending. A single payment must be made by the renting coordinator (payments from individuals will not be accepted).
• No food or drinks allowed on the fields.
• Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) while they are in the facility. 
• No cleats or turf shoes are allowed on our indoor fields - make sure your group is aware of this - individuals or rental may be cancelled as a result.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Our spaces are available for parties. We no longer offer any food or drink packages. We offer up our spaces and you can bring in whatever you want appropriate for your party.

The general package includes a 2 hour block of field space and our party room space. You can bounce back and forth from on field activities to party room activities. We will have tables and chairs set up for you in the party room space.

2 Hour Mini field party - $200

2 Hour Large Field party - $350 (extremely limited availablity between November and April)

The Soccer Stop Sportsplex welcomes open rentals of our fields and meeting spaces.  Whether for an hour or for an ongoing, long-term rental, we can support your needs.

Our indoor and outdoor fields are used by:

The Soccer Stop Spaces - In Detail

• 49,000 square feet of indoor space
• 2 indoor arenas with walls and nets

SPORT FIELDS

Our fields - both indoor turf and outdoor grass are perfect for year round field-sports.  SOCCER is the primary sport, but we are also equipped for BASEBALL and SOFTBALL, LACROSSE, FOOTBALL, RUGBY, DODGEBALL, KICKBALL, and any other field-based sport.

Our small indoor turf field is equipped with for small-sided SOCCER, but is set up for BASEBALL and SOFTBALL use with 3 batting tunnels, pro-level pitching machine, and movable pitching mound.

MEETING/PARTY SPACES

Beyond its athletic uses, the Sportsplex provides open-air meeting space on our observation deck that is also connected to a private meeting space.  This space will be great for meetings and parties of any size as it will be able to be opened up to the open deck.   The space will offer projection and presentation technology making it perfect for business meetings.  The space has direct access to food preparation and serving surfaces making the area(s) convenient for all uses.

CONCESSIONS

We offer a concessions area that is in a closed, climate controlled sitting area to enjoy our expanded menu, relax between games, or hold small group meetings.
